EOS Utility 2.13.40 for Mac can be downloaded from our software library for free. The application's installer is commonly called eu2.13.0x-updater.dmg.zip, eu2.13.21x-updater.dmg.zip, eu2.13.25x-updater.dmg.zip, eu2.13.40x-updater.dmg.zip or eu2102x.dmg.zip etc. After the Mac Mojave upgrade I did last night, the camera app no longer works. It says 'Failed to communicate with camera. Check connections.' I have been on the phone with both Apple and Canon and it seems that Canon have yet to update the EOS Utility to be compatible with Mojave, but no one knows when, and from my search, it may be a long while.

Select the “Software” tab Find the “EOS Utility” and click the “SELECT” button File description will open and click “I have read and Agree to terms” message once you agree the download button will turn red and you will be able to click and download the utility. Hi had a look through the forum and cannot see anything that might help so have to ask for assistance. Just purchased a 5D Mk4 and loaded the latest EOS Utility 3, my macbook is running the latest version of macOS Mojave 10.14 but as soon as the camera is connected the EOS Utility crashes.
