Hi, I got a subscription for creative cloud a few months ago but I didn't download it at the time. My subscription is still up to date. I have tried to download creative cloud and photoshop. I get a message telling me photoshop is downloading but doesn't download at all. How can I fix this? Troubleshoot installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements installation on Mac OS. If the update isn't listed, then contact Adobe or the manufacturer of your third-party software or hardware. Choose Installer Open Disk Utility. On Mac OS 10.6, choose Utilities Disk Utility. In Photoshop CC, Adobe has added a new option for resetting the preferences. The option is found in the Preferences dialog box. To open the dialog box, on a Windows PC, go up to the Edit menu at the top of the screen, choose Preferences, and then choose General. On a Mac, go up to the Photoshop CC menu, choose Preferences, then choose General.
